Yes — every pair is 100% authentic and sourced from official distributors or trusted suppliers. We do not sell fakes or replicas.
How do I know what size to buy?
We provide detailed size charts on each product page (US, UK, EU sizing). If you’re unsure, feel free to WhatsApp us your usual size in another brand and we’ll help you choose.
Do you sell limited-edition or exclusive drops?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays). Delivery times after dispatch:

Do you ship to PO Boxes or outside South Africa?
We currently ship only within South Africa. PO Box deliveries are possible but may take longer.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
We track every parcel. If there’s a delay, contact us with your order number. In rare cases of loss, we handle claims with the courier and arrange a resolution (replacement or refund).
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, in original condition with tags and box intact. Sneakers must not show signs of wear (no scuffs, creases from walking, etc.).

Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is faulty/damaged on arrival or we sent the wrong product — we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns — customer covers return postage.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take a few extra days to reflect in your account.
